Board Category: Board of Directors

The HCA Board of Directors is made up of 9 volunteer members. Each Board Member is either – a Residential owner; an agent of a Hotel, a Recreational, or Commercial owner; or an agent of a Developer. Board Members are elected to 2-year terms by the owners at the Annual Owner’s Meeting. The Primary Responsibility of the HCA Board is to manage the business affairs of the Community Association, a Hawaii Non-profit Corporation, as outlined in the CC&R’s (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3) and Bylaws.
